recommendations are for adults 100 pounds and up, cut adult
dose by half for children 30-100 pounds, a quarter for
children 10-30 pounds, an eighth for infants.

If you experience any aches, rashes or dizziness cut
the doses by half. These
symptoms are a detoxification reaction or flushing of hidden
viruses and/or bacterium. This may suggest you need to start at lower doses.
