Baptism In Water and
Baptism of Holy Spirit Part 3 .
Mal
4:1-6
1
For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the
proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day
that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it
shall leave them neither root nor branch.
2
But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun (instead of Son) of
righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go
forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.
3
And ye shall tread down the wicked; for they shall be ashes under
the soles of your feet in the day that I shall do this, saith the
LORD of hosts.
4
Remember ye the law of Moses my servant, which I commanded unto him
in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments.
5
Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming
of the great and dreadful day of the LORD:
6
And he shall turn the heart of the fathers to the children, and
the heart of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite
the earth with a curse.
This is why the Pharisees
asked John. Elijah is supposed to come. Art thou Elijah? They knew
Malachi well, of course. No, I am not. Are you the Christ? No, I am
not? Art thou that prophet? No. if you have a good study Bible, you
will see in you margin, and you should find Matt. 11;14; 17:11; Mk.
9:11; and the one most important, Lk. 1:17.
Mindy:
So what is the dreadful day of the Lord? Is that talking
about revelations?
That talks of the end
times at the second coming of Jesus Christ. But that is another
subject.
Now remember in the very
first part of Luke when it talks about the angel coming to Zacharias
and telling about this son, john, that is going to be born to him
and he doesn’t believe it at first. Now look at Lk. 1: 16 and 17.
Luke 1:16-17
16 And many of the
children of Israel shall he turn to the Lord their God.
Who is he talking about?
Initially they are talking about John. Go back to verse ten.
Luke 1:10-17
10 And the whole
multitude of the people were praying without at the time of incense.
11
And there appeared unto him an angel of the Lord standing on the
right side of the altar of incense.
12 And when Zacharias saw
him, he was troubled, and fear fell upon him.
13
But the angel said unto him, Fear not, Zacharias: for thy prayer is
heard; and thy wife Elisabeth shall bear thee a son, and thou shalt
call his name John.
14
And thou shalt have joy and gladness; and many shall rejoice at his
birth.
15
For he shall be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink
neither wine nor strong drink; and he shall be filled with the Holy
Ghost, even from his mother's womb.
16
And many of the children of Israel shall he turn to the Lord their
God.
17
And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elias,
to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the
disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people
prepared for the Lord.
Isn’t that what we just
read in Malachi. But Malachi said, first Elijah must come. They were
looking for the actual Elijah to show up. But now we find that it
was not Elijah, but it was what was on Elijah, the Spirit and power
of God. Well, instead of the Spirit and power of God being on you,
now it is called the promise of the father that shall be in you. So
that is why they asked John, art thou Elijah? No. Art thou that
prophet? No. Art thou the Christ? No. But he said no! But what does
Jesus say. Go to Matt. 11:13.
13 For all the prophets
and the law prophesied until John.
14 And if ye will receive
it, this is Elias, which was for to come.
15
But yet John said, but I am not Elijah. How can the scripture
contradict itself? Now notice the other points to Mk. 9:11.
Mark 9:11-13
11 And they asked him,
saying, Why say the scribes that Elias must first come?
12
And he answered and told them, Elias verily cometh first,
and restoreth all things; and how it is written of the Son of man,
that he must suffer many things, and be set at nought.
13
But I say unto you, That Elias is indeed come, and
they have done unto him whatsoever they listed, as it is written of
him.
Now, wait a minute. Jesus
is talking as if John the Baptist is Elijah and yet it said twice,
Elias is come. But John says, No, I am not Elias. But we read in Luke 1:17
that the Elijah that would come would be John the Baptist who would
come in the Spirit and Power of Elijah. So all they were looking for
was the actual Elijah that would come instead of what Elijah had.
Now remember that Elijah did eight miracles during his lifetime. So
the lesser prophet, Elisha the prophet said to Elijah, give me a
double portion of what you have. That’s the promise I want.
2 Kings 2:9
9 And it came to
pass, when they were gone over, that Elijah said unto Elisha, Ask
what I shall do for thee, before I be taken away from thee. And
Elisha said, I pray thee, let a double portion of thy spirit be upon
me.
So during Eilsha’s
lifetime he did 15 miracles, not sixteen, while Elijah had done
eight during his lifetime, but the sixteenth happened when he was
already dead. His bones were there in a hole in the ground, and here
these two guys are carrying a dead man out to be buried and they
look up and see a huge army coming against the Isrealites so they
took the body and threw it in the nearest hole and ran back, and as
they were running back, some guy comes taring past them running and
they realized, wait a minute, that’s the dead man.
Now turn to Matthew chapter 17 comes the magic secret
starting at verse 10, starting at verse nine so we can see what it
is talking about.
Matt 17:9
9 And as they
came down from the mountain, Jesus charged them, saying, Tell the
vision to no man, until the Son of man be risen again from the dead.
Why/ Go back to verse 1.
Matt 17:1-13
1
And after six days Jesus taketh Peter, James, and John his brother,
and bringeth them up into an high mountain apart,
2
And was transfigured before them: and his face did shine as the sun,
and his raiment was white as the light.
3
And, behold, there appeared unto them Moses and Elias talking with
him.
4
Then answered Peter, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it is good for us to
be here: if thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles; one for
thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias.
5
While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and
behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son,
in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.
Now notice that was done
at the water baptism and here it is done a second time at the
transfiguation.
6
And when the disciples heard it, they fell on their face, and were
sore afraid.
Kevin: Transfiguation?
What is a transfiguration?
It is showing that all of
a sudden you have the Christ take on this brightness. His clothes
take on the whiteness. His face becomes as the sun and Moses and
Elijah appear in front of them with the Christ in this big shikina
glory. Then what is the representation, what is the meaning, what is
the spiritual understanding of all this? And notice, the moment that
it all happened, we got Moses and we got Elijah. But Moses was saved
by the water. Remember, they went to kill him. The mother built a
boat like Noah did, like bulrushes, put him out on the water. Here
he is saved by the water again. Which is a spiritual understanding.
But now God is bring in Moses representing the water baptism and
Elijah representing the Holy Spirit baptism. One which is the Spirit
of god and one which is the water baptism representing the covenant,
so when Jesus said to Nicodemus, you must be born from above of both
the water and the spirit. So in the natural he is saying water and
the spirit and in the spirit He is saying here is Moses and here is
Elijah. But they didn’t understand. Heh, let’s make a tabernacle
for both these guys. They don’t see the spiritual understanding of
this and they can’t understand why God suddenly announced again
that He was the son of God. Well He comes up out of the water
receives the baptism of the Holy Spirit and God announces He is my
son. He didn’t say
anything publicly before that whatsoever, and yet now Moses
representing the water baptism, Elijah, representing the baptism of
the Holy Spirit appears in front of the Christ and God makes the
announcement again, this is my son. So get the word, you don’t
become the son of God unless you are with the water and with the
spirit. Now let’s find out. In this very chapter is when it says
it. They were sore afraid:
7 And Jesus came and
touched them, and said, Arise, and be not afraid.
8 And when they had
lifted up their eyes, they saw no man, save Jesus only.
9
And as they came down from the mountain, Jesus charged them, saying,
Tell the vision to no man, until the Son of man be risen again from
the dead.
Now he just finished
telling them that He was going to rise again from the dead. They
should have accepted that and believed it when he said it. But he
said, here is an analogy in the spirit too. He said, now here is
what you saw, but tell no man until I’m raised from the dead. Now
why would he say that unless there was a spiritual understanding and
you’re to keep secret until
that happens. One is a revelation.
10
And his disciples asked him, saying, Why then say the scribes 9now
this question came immediately after this happened, when Christ said
shut up, don’t say anything until I’m raised from the dead –
the question then is, then why say the scribes) that Elias
must first come?
11
And Jesus answered and said unto them, Elias truly shall first
come, and restore all things.
12
But I say unto you, That Elias is come already, and
they knew him not, but have done unto him whatsoever they listed.
Likewise shall also the Son of man suffer of them.
13 Then the disciples
understood that he spake unto them of John the Baptist.
Elias must come first.
Didn’t the scribes say Elias must come first? He said, Elias came
and his purpose was to restore all things. But he already came. But
yet when they came to John they asked him Art thou Elias? No! Art
thou that prophet? No! Art thou the Christ? No! And yet Malachi
says, Elijah shall come first. Then we go to the first chapter of
Luke at verse 17 and it says that John came in the spirit and power,
dunamus this time and not exousia, Miracle working power, of Elias.
Then Jesus plainly says in Matthew in Chapter 17 Elias must come
first. And he already came to restore all things. But this he spake
of John the Baptist. The disciples understood. Well, then, it is not
the individual, Elijah that was to come, it was the spirit and power
of Elijah. And yet in the same chapter at the mount of
transfiguration when Jesus is praying and His disciples are there,
they suddenly see this big cloud and this beautiful light and all of
a sudden there is Moses and Elijah standing there. But what was the
purpose of them being there? Because it was the revelation to them
later, that there is a covenant that must be made of God for a
announcement to come from the father saying you are my son and the
accomplishment of that is saying Moses representing the deliverence
in water. Because do
you remember it said that when Moses came to the Red Sea he raised
the rod and the waters parted. But when they parted, what happened?
Go now to first Corinthians in chapter 10. Now when we went to the
scripture in John we now discovered that Jesus Christ has the
transfiguration in front of him and here with Moses and Elijah
representing the water baptism and the Holy Spirit with the promise
being given, as to Abraham and his seed the promises were made and
this is the promise. Jesus said, Wait of the promise that you have
heard of me in Acts chapter 1. And the in Acts chapter 2, Peter,
when he sees everyone speaking in tongues he says, this is the
promise that the father was going to give. And then they said well
men and brethren, what shall we do? Repent and be baptize every one
of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins and ye
shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost, for the Promise is given
unto you and your children’s children. Now, in I Cor. 10 it talks
about the baptism. But it talks not only about the baptism of water
but also the baptism of the Holy Ghost in a most unusual way that is
not said anywhere like it in the Old Testament.
1 Cor 10:1-4
1
Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant (I want
to tell you something that you should know), how that all our
fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea (so you
see the sea, water baptism, and the cloud, the Holy Spirit);
2
And were all baptized unto Moses in the cloud and in the sea;
3
And did all eat the same spiritual meat;
4
And did all drink the same spiritual drink: for they drank of that spiritual
Rock that followed them: and that Rock was Christ.
Now, it doesn’t say it
once, it says it twice and then it comes in a talks about the eating
the bread and the drinking of the wine, representing as that
spiritual drink and the spiritual eating of the flesh, the manna
from heaven. So here he gives the revelation that was not even shown
in the Old Testament although it all happened. But yet it had a
manifestation in the Spirit of a meaning in the Spirit representing
as water baptism, going into the sea, and the cloud, so that the
cloud went into the water and separated the sea, so the Holy Spirit
separated the waters so they could go through on dry land and yet
closed it all up to destroy the wicked. And yet when they went out
to the wilderness it was the cloud by night that gave them the
strength to overcome all of the heat and yet when he struck the rock
every day, when he struck the rock water came forth and that water
was that spiritual rock that followed them throughout the wilderness
that gave them all the water to drink and that Rock was the Christ
from which floweth living water. When Christ came to the well, he
said, I have water from which you will never thirst, but this he
spake of the Holy Spirit which was not yet given because Christ was
not yet glorified. So all has spiritual revelation. Now we come to
the point where we have to now understand what the water baptism now
and its purpose is for, so we go now to the magic word that is in
Colossians and keeping our hand in chapter 2 of Colossians we also
have to have the understanding of Acts chapter 2 where he says,
repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ
for the remissions of sins. What is the purpose then of that water
baptism? We read in genesis about Abraham, that Abraham had to be
circumcised and every man child of all his servants and his children
had to be circumcised or they were cut off, they had no part of the
inheritance, no part of the covenant, and every time God made a
promise He changed the name. And when he changed the name he also
made a promise, that you shall have a son, representing, that when
we go into the water God changes our name to His own, we become the
seed of Abraham ourselves. We become an heir and we become the
Christ himself. It is no longer you that liveth, but Christ that
liveth in you. Now let’s prove it. Let’s go now to Galatians
which is the only major that proves this theory, if we want to call
it that. First, in chapter 2 (of Colossians) it says:
Col 2
1
For I would that ye knew what great conflict I have for you, and for
them at Laodicea, and for as many as have not seen my face in the
flesh;
2
That their hearts might be comforted, being knit together in love,
and unto all riches of the full assurance of understanding, to the
acknowledgement of the mystery of God, and of the Father, and of
Christ;
3
In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge.
4
And this I say, lest any man should beguile you with enticing words.
5
For though I be absent in the flesh, yet am I with you in the
spirit, joying and beholding your order, and the stedfastness of
your faith in Christ.
6
As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in
him:
7
Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have
been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving.
8
Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit,
after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and
not after Christ.
8
For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.
There
is a special Greek word here meaning the divinity of God bodily so
again it is calling Jesus Christ God in the flesh.
NT:2320
theotes (theh-ot'-ace);
from NT:2316; divinity (abstractly):
KJV - godhead.
NT:2316
theos (theh'-os);
of uncertain affinity; a deity, especially (with NT:3588) the
supreme Divinity; figuratively, a magistrate; by Hebraism, very:
KJV - X
exceeding, God, god [-ly, -ward].
10
And ye are (not will be) complete in him, which is the head of all
principality and power: (colon, not a period)
11
In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made
without hands (they made it with hands in Abraham, then what’s
that doing here in the New Testament?) in putting off the body of
the sins of the flesh (remember He said Repent and be baptized
everyone of you in the name of
Jesus Christ for the remission, the pardoning, the blotting out of
your sins) (how?) by the circumcision of Christ: (what
comes after a colon in English is an explanation of what has already
been said. Now I want to know that in the Greek there is no
punctuation, like we have with colons and so on; the sentence
structure gives the meaning of the punctuation, whether we use a
colon or a semicolon or a period or question mark or whatever, it if
found in the sentence, not by the side of a word) (so the scripture
is about to explain what the former passage means, ‘by the
circumcision of Christ’)
12 Buried
with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the
faith (through Christ) of the operation (the
energeia, the energizing NT:1753 energeia (en-erg'-i-ah); from
NT:1756; efficiency ("energy"): KJV- operation, strong,
(effectual) working) of God, (faith is Christ and
Christ is faith) who hath raised him from the dead
(and what is the result of this circumcision? Now instead of this
circumcision being made with hands of us cutting away our flesh, now
God does it. So when you enter the water of baptism, as it said in
Galatians, with Abraham and his seed were the promises made and it
says if you have been baptized with Him, ye have put on Christ, and
if ye are Christ’s, ye are Abraham’s seed, ye are NOW THE
CHILDREN OF GOD; how? By being baptized in Him. God never said that
He was the son of God until He came up out of the water and was
baptized with the Holy Spirit; then God said; This is my son. At the
mount of transfigeration when Christ is praying, then comes Moses
and Elijah representing the water baptism and the Holy Spirit
baptism. The God declared this is my son in whom I am well pleased.
Hear ye Him. So it all comes in the understanding of what the water
is. Why you are being baptized. But, if you don’t have the
understanding, you are not baptized. Why? Notice there was a guest
that was coming to the wedding feast and it said that he invited all
His own people and they wouldn’t hear Him. So we come to the
wedding feast and He invites anyone who wants to come, come to the
wedding. So this guy shows up and he is standing at the door and the
master of the house comes to him and says, Where is your garment?’
In other words, he was already suppose to have it on. It said he
stood speechless. The Greek word for the word speechless is he
lacked the understanding and was cast out. Well he knew enough to be
there, but he was cast out. Now remember, it was a wedding feast.
Now what is the difference between those that are guests at feast
and those that are the brides of Christ? So it is better to be a
bride than to be a guest to the wedding feast. God calls you the
bride; he calls Himself, the husband. He calls us the wife. It talks
about 10 virgins; five foolish, five wise; all waiting for the bride
groom, but when thy heard the words, ‘The bridegroom cometh.’,
they all stood up to trim their lamps, but the foolish, it didn’t
say the wicked, the foolish said to the wise, give us some of your
oil that we might have light at his coming. So, first of all, they
knew that they were supposed to have the oil; secondly, they knew
that they needed to have light at His coming. But the wise said to
the foolish, Go to yonder city and buy the oil. It says that while
they were gone, the husband came and took in the wise and shut the
door. Then the foolish
showed up and said Lord, lord, lord, let us in. And the lord said, I
don’t know you. What then is the difference? They were all waiting
for the bridegroom. But there were foolish ones and wise ones.
Wouldn’t it be better to be wise. But they thought that they could
buy it. Because, notice the wise said, go to yonder city and buy it,
and these idiots turned around and left. And they bought something
because they came back. But it wasn’t what was required, so they
weren’t let in. With the scriptures we get this understanding,
that the water baptism, then, represents the new circumsion. Notice,
that if you were a part of the covenant under the old, then you got
the inheritance, you had a right to the inheritance. But if you were
not circumcised, you were cut off, you had no part of the
inheritance or the promise that was to come. But here it points out
that it is not the circumcision made of hands anymore. I is the
circumcision made without hands, buried with Him in baptism wherein
you are risen with Him through the faith and the operation of God,
who had raised him from the dead and here it goes:).
13
And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of
your flesh, hath he quickened together with him,
having forgiven you all trespasses;
14
Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against
us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it
to his cross; (now, not only are your sins forgiven, it’s
gone, but he also says, now watch what happens when saying;)
15
And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made
a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it. (Now the period
stops. It’s been a whole, long sentence in all his explanation,
but he goes on:)
16
Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect
of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:
17
Which are a shadow 9or sign or a token or an allegory) of things to
come; but the body is of Christ.
18
Let no man beguile you (or seduce you) of your reward in a voluntary
humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things
which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,
19
And not holding the Head (Christ, you and I, the
body), from which all the body by joints and bands having
nourishment ministered, and knit together, increaseth with the
increase of God.
20
Wherefore if ye be dead with Christ from the rudiments of the world,
why, as though living in the world, are ye subject to ordinances,
21
(Touch not; taste not; handle not;
22
Which all are to perish with the using;) after the
commandments and doctrines of men? (All the church says, God says
you can’t do this, god says that you can’t do that; and God is
giving us liberty; he is giving us freedom, and they want to put us
back under bondage, after the doctrines of men, but no after the
liberty that God has given us)
Kevin: Does that mean
that I can go out and eat a slab of ribs?
Ya! You can eat a slab of
ribs. That is why God said that he has given everything to be eaten
with thanksgiving. But do all things in moderation. Eat a slab of
ribs. It takes four days for the toxins to wiped from your body and
they will be wiped from your body. But if you eat those ribs every
day, you’re going to have problems with the ribs. If you eat
apples every day, with all the stuff you have, you’re going to
have problems with them. I used to eat strawberries when I never got
them when I was in this boarding school. The never gave us any fruit
whatsoever so I come out of the boarding school and I got my hands
on some strawberries, I ate them by the pecks and I got hives. Boy,
did I get hives. It was the over abundance in my body of the toxins
that were in the strawberries. Good for you in small amounts. But,
with an over dose of it, my body could not get rid of it fast enough
so I came out with all of these hives and I had to scratch myself to
death for two weeks. Learned the hard way.
Kevin: So we are allowed
to get away from all the laws, the things that we used to live under
as the laws in Leviticus and everything else because they were to
show us that we had sinned. Once we become born again, then we know
better.
Naturally, you
are no longer under the law. That’s why Paul said, that I
know it is alright to eat pork, but when I am with a person who
thinks they are still under the law in weakness in faith that thinks
it is wrong to eat pork, while I am around her I am not going to eat
pork to weaken her faith. Because she doesn’t understand what
liberty and freedom she has. But, because she still thinks that she
is still under the law, I am not going to irritate that and try to
have to explain all of this problem, so I will let her thing that
until she is able to be trained. But while I am at her house, I a
not going to eat pork. If they think it is bad to eat something that
has been sacrificed to idols, I am not going to eat it. But I know
that it doesn’t mean anything anymore, because I am free under
Christ. That is why he now says receive all things with
thanksgiving. And yet under the old law, you were not to eat
anything that was a scavenger of the sea and on land but He had
reasons why he said that. Because, if they didn’t cook the pork,
there were tape worms, which we discovered later, but they didn’t
know then. Christ said, keep the Sabbath. Keep it holy. But His
purpose was, He made our bodies, that is suppose to shut down every
seven days. So He was giving us a regulation for a law, but for a
purpose. Because he designed our body. He didn’t say, well I
designed your body that way so I want you to know it, so that’s
why I gave you the law. He is showing , that if you obey this law,
you’re going to naturally get the amount of energy you need to be
revitalized, because you’re stopping every seven days.
Kevin: I hope that this
is not too far off topic. It is about Biblical law. Is it? There s a
lot of Biblical law scholars out there that devote a whole lot of
time to studying Biblical law. That’s in vain?
Ever learning and never
coming to the knowledge of the truth.
2
Tim 3:1-4:17
1
This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2
For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters,
proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3
Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers,
incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
4
Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of
God;
5
Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such
turn away.
6
For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive
silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,
7
Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the
truth.
8
Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist
the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.
9
But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest
unto all men, as theirs also was.
10
But thou hast fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose,
faith, longsuffering, charity, patience,
11
Persecutions, afflictions, which came unto me at Antioch, at Iconium,
at Lystra; what persecutions I endured: but out of them all the Lord
delivered me.
12
Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer
persecution.
13
But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and
being deceived.
14
But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast
been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;
15
And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are
able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in
Christ Jesus.
16
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for
doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in
righteousness:
17
That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all
good works.
Kevin:
Being baptized?
That’s right. So when you
receive the Holy Spirit, the purpose is so that He can educate you.
So He can show you the meaning of the Word of God.
Because those that haven’t the Spirit will read and not
understand. Remember
they came and Jesus talked parables to everybody and the disciples
said what are you talking in parables for?
And when they went away and the disciples were with Him and
the rest went away, Jesus said it is not given to them that are
without to know or understand the mysteries (or heavenly secrets) of
the kingdom of God (of Himself, He is the kingdom of God) but it is
given unto you to know them and interpreted unto them the parable.
So God wants to hide the things away from those that don’t have
the spirit of God. They cannot understand them.
Now, let’s prove this.
Let’s go now to 1 John in chapter 2 which brings it very
clear and tells you starting at verse 20:

9:15-17 And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and
you and every living creature of all flesh: and the waters shall
no more become a flood to destroy all flesh. 16 And the bow
shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may
remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living
creature of all flesh that is upon the earth. 17 And God said
unto Noah, This is the token of the covenant, which I have
established between me and all flesh that is upon the
earth. (information on flood)
Acts
7, 45-49 Which also our fathers that came after brought in with
Jesus into the possession of the Gentiles, whom God drove out
before the face of our fathers, unto the days of David; 46 Who
found favor before God, and desired to find a tabernacle for the
God of Jacob. 47 But Solomon built him a house.

Howbeit the most High dwelleth not in temples made with
hands; as saith the prophet, Heaven (Body of Christ) is my
throne and earth is my foot stole: or what is the
place of my rest? 50 Hath not my hand made all these things? Ye
stiff-necked and uncircumcised in heart and ears, ye do always
resist the Holy Ghost; as your fathers did, so did ye.
Is
it God's Will the you be healed or in good health?
